Create a custom Security Clearance

1. Scroll down to Administration in the column on the left.

   

2. Click on Administration.

   

3. Scroll down to Users. 

   

4. Click Users.

   

5. The list of configured users displays.
6. Click the Clearances button near the top of the page. 

   

7. Click on the desired default security clearance.

   

8. Click the Add Sub-Clearance button near the top of the page. 

   

9. Click on the field to the right of “Name:” and enter a name for your new security clearance.
10. Click the box to the left of the desired features to enable or disable them.
    Note: An X  signifies that it is disabled, a checkmark  signifies that it is enabled. You can use the field labeled “Search for feature” to filter the feature list by entering keywords.

    

11. Click the Save button.
